SUMMER AUTOMATIC SCHEDULE!
Hello Everyone! We are now accepting requests for the summer automatic schedule that will begin the week of April 7, 2025 .
Anyone wishing to be on the automatic schedule for any day MUST send in a request. Everything in the program was deleted at the beginning of the winter cycle so you will not be automatically put back on the schedule. The best and most efficient way to sign up is on our website at SANTANID.COM. You may also send your information via e-mail or call our office directly. Please include your NAME, your WELL #, your regular SCHEDULE DAY, and the amount of TIME you need for each irrigation.
If you were on the weekend schedules previous to the automatic schedule, you will remain on the weekend schedule. If you were on a Tuesday/Wednesday schedule, you may request to keep these days. Existing weekday customers will have preference to keep their weekday schedule. The 2025 irrigation calendar has been attached to this document and is color coded for your reference. If you need help determining your schedule, please let us know. We are happy to assist.
***Please note that you are not required to be on the automatic schedule. You may still request water on an as needed basis.
ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE CURRENT AND IN GOOD STANDING TO REMAIN ON THE AUTOMATIC SCHEDULE.
Remember that once you request water, you are responsible for having someone available at your property to open ports to receive the water, control the water, and close the ports ON TIME! We all depend on one another to be timely and attentive to our irrigation. If you need help, observe leaks, have low-flow issues or have any other questions, please contact your Watermaster first (or use the emergency number at 480-787-1975), while the issue is happening. We are not able to diagnose a problem after the fact. Please do NOT skip your irrigation time.
